We are seeking an enthusiastic training instructor with experience as a code official, building inspector project manager, or licensed contractor. The ideal candidate will be able to share their knowledge for courses that cover a variety of topics; from pre-license and exam prep training to continuing education for established trade professionals.

As an instructor, you will:

  • Assist students with course related questions during scheduled office hours

  • Review and present training materials either in our video studio or on-location

  • Create new training materials

Local contractor is looking to add energetic team members to both our carpentry and painting crews. Our jobs are located in Glen Arbor and Frankfort, you are responsible for getting to the job site each day.

Our work days are 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. We have year-round work and guarantee 40 hours/week.

Carpenters/Apprentices typical duties include:
